Worked example

Scan the exported file and confirm the map pin lands exactly where people should stand, then compare against satellite view.

Take a delivery company that wants drivers to find a loading dock at the back of a building. Open chatcument-qr.png on a screen, scan it with the phone camera, and see which map app offers to open it. Zoom in on the pin and compare it against the satellite view of the dock door, then walk or drive there once if the stakes are high.

Also read the raw text. Copy the payload with the copy-content button and compare it with what a text-only scanner shows; both should read geo: followed by the same two numbers. Check the order, since latitude comes first, and the signs, since a missing minus moves the pin across the globe.

Check the file size and legibility. The 29-module code at 720 px with the 18 px border has modules about 23.6 px wide, which is generous. On print, keep modules at 0.5 mm or more, meaning at least 1.7 cm across including the border, and test from the distance of a person standing at the sign.

Run it on both an iPhone and an Android phone if possible, and on a phone with a navigation app and one without. The scan should open a map or offer to; if it only shows text, record that, because a static geo code cannot force a map to launch.

Input

37.5665, 126.9780

Output

geo:37.5665,126.9780

A pin in the right place on the map is the proof; matching numbers on a scanner screen is not.
