FAQ

What is the difference between the N30, N35, N37 and N39?

Meshnology's own comparison puts the N35 as the complete Meshtastic kit for everyday users, the N30 as a basic DIY node, the N37 as a GPS tracking node and the N39 as an advanced IoT development kit.

Does the N35 include a battery and antenna?

Yes. The set contains the ESP32 LoRa V3 main board, a LoRa antenna, a 3000 mAh battery, a protective case and an OLED display, and it is sold with Meshtastic support pre-installed.

Which frequency version should I buy?

Antennas come in 868 MHz and 915 MHz versions, and the Mesh Pocket M1 is offered as 863-870 MHz or 902-928 MHz. Pick the band that matches the region where you will use the radio.

Can batteries be shipped to my country?

The shipping policy says batteries cannot go to Turkey, India, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Chile or New Zealand, among others. It lists the USA, Japan, Spain, France, Italy and several other European countries as destinations that work.

What is the return window?

Returns must be postmarked within seven days of purchase, with the item new and unused. You pay the return shipping, and the refund is processed within seven days after the item arrives.

Can I use both codes?

NEWMESH15 takes 15% off once per customer, and MESH010 takes 10% off with unlimited use. Both are storewide with no minimum, and you type the code in the discount field at checkout.
