Buying resale tickets is a trust question, and Ticombo answers it in writing. Every order is covered, and you are entitled to a full refund in four cases.

The cases are tickets that do not arrive on time, tickets that differ from your order, tickets that are invalid or refused at the door, and an event that is cancelled and not rescheduled. Refunds include fees and shipping.

Deadlines matter. Late delivery must be reported within 5 days after the latest delivery date, wrong tickets within 3 days and at least 2 days before the event, and invalid tickets within 5 days after the start time.

Listings with the Ticombo Choice seal can refund up to 150% of the purchase price, capped at an extra 1,000 euros. A postponed or rescheduled event is not refunded, because your tickets stay valid for the new date.

Submit a claim in the My Purchases section or email support with your order number. Ticombo holds the seller's payment until delivery is confirmed.
