Sometimes the problem is not the ticket but your calendar. TixProtect Buyback is an optional add-on for people who are not sure they can attend.
It comes in two tiers. Basic returns 70% of the total price, and Full returns 100%. You can use either for any reason, up to 48 hours before the event starts.
It covers the whole order. You cannot send back two of four tickets, so decide with your group before you buy it.
The Buyback is run by a partner, WorldTix AG, rather than by Ticombo, and it does not remove the refunds you have under the guarantee. It is offered per event, so look for it at checkout.
