Refsee MCP is a remote MCP server that lets an AI assistant use Refsee's real search and your account tools. Instead of inventing references, the assistant shows actual frames from the library.
There is a single server address and you sign in with OAuth on Refsee. The official page has setup notes for ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and OpenCode.
Describe a colour, a lighting style or a feeling in the conversation, narrow it with cinema, format and framing filters, then compare frames, follow source links or find similar references. Frames you like can be saved to a private moodboard.
