FAQ

Can I try Keeper before paying?

The pricing page offers a 30-day free trial to help you pick a plan. There is also a no-cost Keeper Free plan, but it is limited to one mobile device and ten password and passkey records.

What is the difference between Unlimited and Family?

Unlimited is a single-user plan with no cap on devices or stored passwords. Family adds five private vaults, 10 GB of file storage, shared folders and permission controls.

Can family members see each other's vaults?

No. On the Family plan each person keeps a private vault and only shares the records or folders they choose.

How many devices can I use?

Unlimited and Family both include unlimited devices and sync. You open the same vault in the mobile app, web app, web vault or a browser extension.

Is dark web monitoring included?

BreachWatch is sold as an add-on rather than part of the base plan. Secure File Storage and the Concierge Service are add-ons too.
