The Individual plan costs nothing and includes 10 GB of storage. Each file can be up to 250 MB, which covers documents, photos and slide decks for most people.
If you only sign the odd contract, the five Box Sign requests per month may be enough. You skip the print-and-scan step and track every request from the same account.
Teams can begin with the Business Starter trial. It needs three users or more and brings 100 GB of storage, files up to 2 GB and 25 saved versions per file. The length of the trial is shown during signup.
Outgrowing the free tier does not force a business plan. Personal Pro keeps one user, with 100 GB, 5 GB uploads and 15 signature requests each month.

Does the free plan have a time limit?
The pricing page lists the Individual plan as free, with 10 GB of storage, a 250 MB file limit and five Box Sign requests a month.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial terms and length appear in the Business Starter signup flow, so choose a plan based on what it shows.
Can one person use a business plan?
Business plans are priced for at least three users, so a single person is better served by Individual or Personal Pro.
