Turn an annual salary into a monthly figure and estimate Korean severance pay and weekly paid-holiday allowance. Pre-tax estimates only.

Formula estimate only. Rates, taxes, and legal rules vary by jurisdiction.
What to know
The income tools hold three calculators that start from a wage and end with a pay figure. The annual-to-monthly page divides a yearly amount into twelve equal parts, the severance page estimates retirement pay under the Korean average-wage method, and the weekly-holiday page estimates the paid rest-day allowance for hourly workers.
The salary page is a one-field division, annual / 12, so 36,000,000 becomes 3,000,000 a month. It subtracts no tax, pension or insurance and decides nothing about bonuses or whether severance is bundled into the headline figure.
The two Korean pages follow long-established payroll rules. Severance is average daily wage x 30 x service days / 365, and the weekly allowance is hourly wage x the paid holiday hours, which scale with scheduled weekly hours up to 8, for people who work at least 15 scheduled hours and complete their scheduled days.
All three work with amounts in USD, KRW, JPY, CNY or EUR (the two Korean pages use KRW). Results are estimates before tax; edge cases such as short service, probation or irregular shifts should be checked with the employer or the labour authority.

Quick answers
Which page converts a yearly salary into a monthly figure?
Annual to monthly. It divides by 12, so 48,000,000 per year is 4,000,000 per month before tax.
Do these pages calculate take-home pay?
No. They show gross, pre-tax figures and do not subtract income tax, pension or health insurance.
Who is the Korean severance page meant for?
People who want a planning estimate of retirement pay. It does not check eligibility such as the one-year service requirement.
