The headboard wall is where panelling pays off fastest. A grid of framed squares behind the bed gives the room structure, and a deep paint colour in a matt finish makes it look built in.
Start from the skirting board and work up. Choose a skirting profile, add a dado rail at the height you like, and fill the space above with panel moulding for the frames.
All of it is MDF, a stable base for paint that does not warp the way solid softwood can. The pieces arrive primed or undercoated, so you can go straight to filling joints and applying colour.

What height should bedroom panelling be?
That is your choice. Dado rail comes in widths of 50mm to 80mm, and the moulding layout can be set to any spacing.
Is MDF suitable for painting?
Yes. The trim arrives primed or undercoated, so it is ready for your finishing coat.
How long are the deliveries?
