FAQ
What does REDMAGIC sell?
The official global store carries gaming phones (11S Pro, 11 Pro, 11 Air), the Astra 2 gaming tablet, coolers, a mechanical keyboard, a mouse, a mouse pad, a 4K gaming monitor, plus cases and chargers.
Does the Astra 2 include a charger?
No. The box holds the tablet, a Type-C data cable, a warranty card, a manual and stickers. It charges at up to 75W, so bring your own PD charger; free chargers appear only in selected promotions.
What are the return and warranty terms?
The store advertises 15-day returns. According to its FAQ, phones bought from the official store carry a 12-month warranty and accessories carry 6 months.
What does the RMWLCMSAVE10 code do?
It takes €10 off an order that is over €400. Because it cannot be stacked with other discounts or codes, compare it against any automatic bundle price at checkout and keep the better one.
Is the liquid cooling safe?
REDMAGIC says the AquaCore system went through tens of thousands of drop tests. The fluid is non-conductive and used in small amounts, and if extreme force causes a leak, the service center inspects the device.
