Group airport transfer by minibus
One vehicle and one fare for 7, 10, 13, 16 or 19 passengers.
- Fixed fare per car, set before you pay
- 90 minutes free waiting at the airport
- Full refund when cancelled in time
Several taxis for a wedding party, a team or an extended family means several drivers, several meeting points and several bills. A minibus keeps everyone together and turns the trip into one booking.
Kiwitaxi lists minibuses for 7, 10, 13, 16 and 19 passengers, with models such as Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, Toyota Hiace and Toyota Coaster named per class. There is also a Premium Minibus 6 pax built around the Mercedes V-class.
Because the price is per car, nine friends in a 10-seater pay the same as six. Book the 10 to 19 seat classes at least 24 hours ahead, and the 7-seater at least 16 hours ahead; a minibus can also replace a smaller class if that class is unavailable.
Luggage is where groups go wrong. Count standard bags up to 158 cm, and write skis, bikes or musical cases in the order comment so the class is matched. A full refund remains available until 24 hours before departure for the 10 to 19 seat minibuses.
