For airport pickups the driver waits at the arrivals exit, after passport control and baggage claim, holding a sign with the first and last name you entered. If the hotel address is missing from the route search, enter the city and type the hotel details at the next step.
The fare does not depend on where in the city your hotel sits, as long as it is within city limits, and it does not move with the time of day. Waiting is covered for 90 minutes after your scheduled landing, and a delay under 30 minutes is tracked from the flight number you give.

Where exactly will the driver be?
At the arrivals exit, past passport control and baggage claim. Your voucher repeats the meeting point and includes the driver's phone number.
What if the hotel is not in the route list?
Enter the destination city in the To field and add the hotel's address at the next step of the booking.
Do I need to give my flight number?
Yes for airport pickups, in full with letters and numbers. Without it the driver cannot follow your flight.
