Italo's wedding band menu separates eternity bands, anniversary bands, multi-row bands and classic bands. An eternity band sets stones around the entire ring, while an anniversary band often covers just the top.
A round-cut created white sapphire eternity band lists 4 mm stones with 6.50 ct in total and a 4.40 mm width at $84.89. The waterfall bezel anniversary band uses stones from 3.5 mm down to 1.4 mm across a 9.2 mm top.
At the top end, moissanite versions are available. The cushion-and-round triple-row band is about $380, while the five-stone cushion band is about $186.
For an anniversary gift, size is the main risk. The free ring sizer on the size guide takes the guessing out, and a ring that is returned unworn inside 60 days is accepted.

Can an eternity band be resized?
The return policy says rings must not have been resized or altered to be returned, so choose the size carefully before ordering.
