The company says it started because a dream ring is hard to find at an affordable price. Its engagement menu now splits into classic, unique, halo, three-stone, oval cut, emerald cut, rose gold and vintage rings.
Prices on the pages we read stay in the low hundreds of dollars. A 3 carat cushion-cut aquamarine-blue three-stone ring was $143.95, and the metal is 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating. The blue stone is listed as a sapphire, so it is a created gem.
Stone shape is the first filter. The home page lists round, princess, cushion, oval, pear, emerald, heart, marquise, radiant and asscher, so you can start from the cut you already have in mind.

Is an affordable ring still good quality?
Italo says it owns its manufacturing facility, inspects every item before shipment and backs it with a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects.
Can I get a ring engraved?
Yes, up to 16 characters for $20. Engraved items take longer to make and cannot be returned.
What if the ring does not fit?
Sizing mistakes are covered by a limited exchange, where you pay the postage. Unaltered, unworn rings inside 60 days qualify.
