What are the stones in Italo rings made of?
Two kinds. Clear and colored stones on most pieces are listed as created sapphire, which the care guide calls lab-created sapphire. The moissanite collection uses lab-grown moissanite. Carat figures are given as diamond-equivalent weight, so they describe size, not the material.
What metal are the rings made of?
The product details show 925 sterling silver with a rhodium finish that gives a platinum look, and nickel-free construction. Some earrings and rings are 18K gold plated sterling silver instead. Check the Metal line on each product page.
How do I find my ring size?
Rings are made in standard US sizes, mostly in quarter steps. The size guide offers a free ring sizer, a home measuring method and a conversion chart for UK, EU, Japanese and other sizes. Odd sizes such as 4, 10, 11 and 12 add $20.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
The site lists free shipping on every order, in 8 to 13 working days for the US. Standard is $20 in 4 to 7 working days and express is $25 in 3 to 6. Popular styles ship in 1 to 2 working days, engraved or custom sizes in 8 to 15.
What is the return policy?
You can ask for a return or exchange within 60 days of delivery. The ring must be unworn, unresized and carry its tag. Engraved and custom-size items cannot be returned. A one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects.
What does the checkout code do?
It is listed as 20% off the whole shop and has to be entered at checkout. The cart shows the final total, so check it there if you are also using one of the shop's own sale codes.
