Do I need a prescription to order?

Not for plain or reading glasses, because the lens menu includes a no-prescription choice. For corrective lenses you enter the numbers from your own prescription, and the store does not run eye tests.

What do prescription lenses cost on top of the frame?

Single vision lenses add $4.95. Bifocal lenses with a line start at $26.95, progressives at $49.95, and blue light single vision lenses are priced a little under $20 depending on the type.

Is there a scratch coating?

A scratch-proof multi-hard coating is applied to both sides of the lens at no charge. A premium anti-reflective coating is an optional add-on from $4.95.

What is the return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to contact the store for an RMA number. Unworn glasses in the original case can be exchanged for one-time store credit, or refunded at 50% of the production cost, and shipping fees are not refunded.

How long does delivery take?

Frames without a prescription lens ship the same or next business day. Single vision lenses take 3 to 4 business days to make, and progressives, tints and blue light lenses take 7 to 15 more. Standard shipping to the US is $6.90 and arrives 15 to 30 days after dispatch.

Can I combine two codes?

Each code is entered in the discount box on the cart page. The store states that some of its own promotions cannot be doubled up, so try one code at a time.
