The pyeong is set to 3.305785 m2, the figure used in Korean property listings. A flat advertised as 84 m2 therefore converts to 84 / 3.305785 = 25.41 pyeong, and 30 pyeong is 99.17355 m2.

Mind the exponent when entering a unit by hand. Converting 1 m2 to cm2 gives 10,000, not 100, because the factor of a square unit is the square of the length factor.
Floor-plan and land listings mix units constantly. A 33 m2 studio is about 10 pyeong, a 500 ft2 apartment is 46.4515 m2, and a 1 ha plot is 10,000 m2, which equals about 3,025 pyeong.
