FAQ
How does a Yesim eSIM work?
Pick a plan, pay, and you receive a QR code. Install it in the app before you leave and switch it on when you need it.
Can I make calls or send texts?
No. It is a data-only eSIM without a phone number, so calls and messages go through VoIP apps such as WhatsApp or Viber.
Can I get a refund?
Within 30 days of purchase you can ask for a refund on a plan that has not been installed, connected, used or expired. Requests are processed within 15 business days.
Will it work on my phone?
Your phone needs eSIM support and must be carrier-unlocked. The official site keeps a list of compatible devices.
How does the invite bonus work?
Spend €5 yourself to unlock your invite link. When a friend signs up and their total spend reaches €5 you get €5, and every 5 friends add another €50.
