Mattresses are not usually covered by an HSA or FSA. They qualify only when a healthcare professional rules that the purchase is medically necessary, and that requires a Letter of Medical Necessity.
Twinkle Beds partners with Truemed, a third party that handles those letters. You find the Truemed option at checkout, close the Shop Pay window if it appears, and fill in a short private health survey.
A licensed provider reviews your answers and decides whether you are eligible. If you are, you can pay with an HSA or FSA card directly.
Prefer a regular credit card? Truemed sends a guide with your letter so you can submit the purchase to your HSA or FSA administrator for reimbursement.

Does every customer qualify?
No. A licensed provider reviews your survey answers, and only approved shoppers get a Letter of Medical Necessity.

Can I pay with a normal card?
Yes, and you then follow the guide that comes with your letter to claim reimbursement from your account administrator.
