A mattress is hard to judge in a showroom, and Twinkle Beds answers that with a 90-night trial that begins when the mattress is delivered. You sleep on it in your own bedroom, with your own pillows and your own partner, for roughly three months.
The brand asks for a fair try of at least 30 days. Muscles and joints usually need one to four weeks to settle onto a new surface, so a mattress that feels odd on night two may feel right by week three.
Two rules matter before you order. A mattress protector must be on the bed for the whole trial, and the original tags must stay attached. Photos with and without the protector are submitted with the swap or return form.
If the first choice is wrong, you get one swap to another size, model or firmness. If the new mattress costs less, the difference is refunded after the 90 days end. If it costs more, you pay the difference plus any taxes and shipping.
A refund is also possible. It returns the price less the delivery cost, a $199 processing fee and the retail value of any free pillows or sheets that came with the order. Floor models and giveaway mattresses are not covered.

When does the 90-night clock start?
It starts on the delivery date, not the order date. A made-to-order mattress needs 10 to 17 business days to arrive, and that wait does not use up any of your trial.
Do I have to use a mattress protector?
Yes, one is required for the entire trial period. Stains, pet hair or damage from improper storage void the swap and return eligibility.
Can I try a different firmness instead of returning it?
The one-time swap covers a different size, model or firmness level. Any price difference is settled as described in the trial terms.
Does the trial cover pillows and sheets?
The trial terms apply to mattresses bought directly from Twinkle Beds. Pillows, sheets and protectors are not part of the swap or return program described on the trial page.
