A frame carries a 36-month warranty for manufacturing faults such as open welds and fractures. Forks, handlebars, stems, seatposts, drivetrain and wheels are covered for 24 months.
TTGO usually replaces parts instead of repairing them to cut waiting time, and offers lifetime technical support with a dedicated agent, even once the warranty has ended.
Wear parts such as brake pads, spokes and rims are not covered, nor is damage from accidents or unauthorised repairs.
Keep the packaging for at least 30 days after delivery in case you need to return the bike. Code ttgo takes 5% off the order, and delivery is free.
