VPN on your router
Cover devices that have no VPN app of their own.
- 24-hour free VPN trial, no sign-up
- Up to 5 devices on one plan
- 30-day money-back guarantee
Game consoles and TVs with internet access usually cannot install a VPN app. Setting the VPN up on the router changes the IP address for every device behind it.
hidemy.name lists Router among its supported platforms, next to Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS, and publishes a router guide on its site.
The server list lets you choose a country, so the whole household network can appear from where you pick. That is useful for services that only open in certain regions.
Start with the free 24-hour trial to confirm the connection works on your hardware. A paid plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
