Go City savings guarantee and refund rules

Go City builds in three risk reducers. These are the savings guarantee, a refund policy and a one-year window to activate your pass.

The savings guarantee returns the gap if the individual entry prices of what you visited add up to less than the pass. You must have bought on the official site, and the claim has to reach Go City within 14 days of your last use.

An All-Inclusive holder needs to have used the pass at least three times on every day it was valid, while an Explorer holder needs to have used every choice. Email your order number and screenshots of the gate prices, and a reply follows in 7 to 10 business days.

A pass you have not activated can be refunded in most destinations within 90 days. Leave your order confirmation number with the chatbot and it is handled.
