In most destinations a pass you have not activated can be refunded within 90 days of buying it. Message the chatbot with your order confirmation number.
The savings guarantee refunds the difference when you bought on the Go City website. You have 14 days after your last use to claim.
You can activate it any time within one year of purchase. Until you do, a change of dates costs you nothing.
