For a first order the code is WELCOME10. It takes $10 off and works once per customer, which makes it a good fit for the first pair you buy and a poor fit for a second.

A first pair is easiest to pick from the shop. Designs there are already painted before, finish in about 4 to 5 weeks, and show the price up front, from $239 for the Natural Cork Air Force 1 to $379 for the Mizu Bloom Air Max 90.

If you would rather brief the artists yourself, the Design Your Own route starts with a $39 Silver or $79 Gold deposit. A mockup comes back in 3 to 4 days, and the deposit is subtracted from the final price.

Since there are no returns on made-to-order pairs, a first order is the time to double-check size and shipping address. Cancellations are only accepted if you write to the studio within the first day or two.
