New-user discounts on AliExpress depend on the country you shop from. US shoppers have two codes, 5NEWUSOFF and 12NEWUSOFF, while Spanish accounts see a new-user offer at checkout.
The US codes are tied to spend: $5 off from $20, and $12 off from $80. Aim for the higher tier only if you really need the extra items.
A projector lamp with swappable patterns, like the one shown, or a set of bits makes a cheap way to reach the lower tier.
After the first order, the home-page deals section and the app bundle of three for €5.99 remain the regular ways to pay less.
