Listings with the Free returns label can be sent back within 90 days of placing the order. Items without the label do not get that window.
For standard items, the return service is described as available within 15 days of receiving the parcel. Check the product page to see which rule applies.
Buyer Protection is a separate safety net. You can ask for a refund if the item never arrives, is damaged or does not match the listing, and that includes parcels still missing 30 days after shipping.
Parts where compatibility matters, such as the SSD shown here, deserve a careful read of the spec section. Returns and refund requests both begin from your order history.
