Welcome Rewards is a loyalty programme that credits cashback to your wallet automatically when a ride ends. At Level 1 every ride earns 3%.
To enter, complete two operated transfers within 12 months. Once Level 1 is unlocked, it is yours for good.
Higher levels carry bigger benefits, and Levels 2 and 3 add free cancellation. The home page promotes up to 8% back.
Referrals add to it: your friend gets €5 off a first ride and you receive €5 after that ride is completed.

When does cashback arrive?
It is credited to your wallet automatically after a ride is completed.
Does it start right away?
You need two completed transfers in 12 months to unlock Level 1, and then earning begins.
