Symbol ships to 25 countries, from Austria and Belgium to Sweden, covering most of the EU, among them Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Couriers are PPL, a DHL partner, or DPD.

Orders above 100 euros are delivered free. Below that the charge is 20 euros. Parcels leave a warehouse in Prague and typically arrive within 8 to 10 business days, while Fast Delivery items from the shipping warehouse come within 2 to 5 days.

Once an order is packed you receive a shipping notice with a tracking ID by email. Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 18:00 CET.

Returns are free: you get a prepaid label, drop the parcel at a PPL or DHL service point, and the refund reaches your card within about 5 banking days of confirmation. One label covers one order, so send everything back together.

Returns come only from the country the parcel was delivered to, and made-to-order customised items cannot be returned.

Twenty-five European countries, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Ireland and the Nordic states of Denmark, Finland and Sweden.

How do I track my order?

After dispatch you receive an email with a tracking ID, and the site links to a parcel status checker.

Is the delivery fee refunded when I return something?

On orders under 100 euros the 20 euro delivery fee is not refunded, and after payment confirmation delivery costs are not returned.
