What if the box arrives damaged?
Contact Salty customer service with photos soon after delivery. The policy asks for unboxing evidence, so keep the parcel sealed until you record it.
Can I return a gift box she does not like?
Returns and exchanges are open for 7 days from delivery if the box is unused and in its original packaging, except for Salty Sale purchases.
