Can I return or exchange an order?
Start a return from your orders page and the store arranges the pickup. Each order gets one exchange, and bundle or free-gift items can be exchanged but not returned.
What do I send back with a pair of shoes?
Footwear goes back in the original branded shoe box with all tags and labels. You can leave out the courier bag and outer delivery box.
What if an item arrives defective?
Report it within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it. Reebok.ae arranges the pickup.
What is the refund for cash-on-delivery orders?
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded as store credit, valid for 6 months from issue and usable on any product on the site.
