What does Rayna Tours sell?
It is a booking site for local activities, mostly in Abu Dhabi and Dubai: theme park tickets, desert safaris and city tours.
Is the booking confirmed straight away?
The product pages say confirmation is instant, and you can show the mobile voucher on your phone or print it.
Can I get a refund?
It depends on the product. Warner Bros. World and Ferrari World state that unused tickets are not refunded, and SeaWorld and Ferrari list a separate Yas Island cancellation policy.
Does the ticket include hotel transport?
The standard Warner Bros. World ticket leaves out hotel transfers. Ferrari World adds hotel pickup and drop-off when you select a transfer option.
What are the opening hours?
Warner Bros. World and Ferrari World run roughly 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, and SeaWorld about 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Hours can shift with the season.
