Preply's kids English page lists 14,395 English tutors with an average rating of 4.93 out of 5. A pool that large makes it easier to find a teacher who suits your child's temperament.
Keeping children interested in online English is hard. The official page says an experienced tutor will make lessons fun.
Some intros reveal real classroom history, such as a tutor who spent 16 years at a large English conversation school in Japan. Tutors who speak Korean or Spanish are also listed, which helps a child who feels lost.
If your child is uneasy with the first tutor, you can try another one for free. START5 gives 5 percent off the lesson purchase.
