Yes. Items have to reach the store within 14 days of delivery, in original condition with labels and packaging. Underwear and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Using the Royal Mail returns label deducts £4 from your refund.
International orders go by Royal Mail and aim to arrive in 5 to 10 working days. The postage cost is calculated in the basket from your location and parcel weight. Duties and customs charges set by the destination country are paid by the buyer, and overseas customers get 28 days to return.
