On the European store, standard delivery is free on orders over 300€. The Japanese store sets its free-delivery line at ¥70,000, and Hong Kong at 4000HK$ for express.
Processing takes one to two business days and sale periods can stretch it. Standard delivery takes three to six business days depending on the country, express one to two.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, then send it back within 15 days. A 5€ return fee is deducted from the refund, and refunds arrive within 15 business days of the parcel reaching the Atelier.
Online orders cannot be exchanged, in the post or in a store. You return the item and place a new order instead.
Payment methods differ by country and include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, PayPal and Klarna. Customer Service is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm CET.

Is delivery free?
Standard delivery is free over 300€ on the European store. Other stores use different thresholds in their own currency.
How do I start a return?
Scan the QR code on the card in the parcel, use My Account, or use the Request a return link on the homepage.
When is my card charged?
A payment authorization is made at confirmation. The full amount is only charged once the order has shipped.
