The passenger field splits into adults 12 and over, children 3 to 12 and infants 0 to 2. Fill in the ages accurately, because that decides which vehicle the order is matched to.

The voucher lists the rules for carrying children and the baggage allowance. A family with a lot of bags can therefore judge before arriving whether everything will fit in the car.

Must I enter the children's ages?

Is a lot of luggage a problem?

Luggage is carried up to the vehicle's capacity in quantity, volume and type. Telling the carrier what you bring makes matching the car easier.
