Trade in your old phone, watch or tablet

The HUAWEI Trade-In Program turns an eligible old device into valuation cash and adds extra cashback toward the new device you bought in the store. Smartphones, smartwatches and tablets from several brands qualify.

Trade-ins are limited to 3 devices per order. Devices bought in other countries are accepted, with China-version phones the stated exception.

Two partners handle the valuation. Northladder collects from your door and pays you cash on the spot, and Cartlow collects, values the device and pays by bank transfer within 3 to 7 business days.

If the condition differs from what you declared on the website, the partner offers a revised value, and you can refuse and have the phone returned.

One thing to note before you decide: once you have received the trade-in payout, that transfer cannot be reversed, even if you later return the new device for a refund.
