US shipping is priced by basket size. Standard delivery is $10 below $70, $5 from $70 to $100 and free above $100, with an estimated 2 to 6 business days.
Faster options cost more: two business days is $20, or $15 on orders over $100, and next business day is $25 at every order value. Parcels leave a Los Angeles warehouse, and anything ordered before 2pm Pacific on a business day goes out that day.
Outside the US, Canada, the UK, much of Europe, Japan, Australia and other markets are served, each with its own express and standard prices and free-shipping thresholds. Checkout shows the cost for countries not listed.
Returns are for store credit only, inside 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unperfumed and fully tagged, and anything marked Final Sale, intimates, hair accessories and earrings cannot come back.
Sending a return from the US costs US$5 by drop-off QR code or US$9.50 by standard post. Credit lasts 12 months. Between the Sale section, the student 10% offer and free shipping over $100, the cost of a purchase is easy to lower before you check out.
