Gamesporium offers refunds in three cases: a key that does not work, the same key bought twice by mistake, and a purchase you no longer want.
The shared conditions are a request within 14 days of purchase and a key that has not been revealed, redeemed, downloaded or used. Support may also ask for evidence such as an error screenshot and the platform used.
Refunds are hard to get if your PC does not meet the game requirements, or if you try to redeem a region-locked key outside its supported region. Check both before buying.
A key linked to a refunded order is blacklisted by the publisher and cannot be used again. Consumers in the EU, EEA or UK may also have a legal 14-day withdrawal right, which can be lost once the key is revealed.

Where do I send a refund request?
Email support@gamesporium.com with your order number and a short description.
Can I get a refund after downloading?
Usually not. Keys that were redeemed, downloaded or used are excluded unless the key was defective or already used.
What happens to the key after a refund?
The publisher blacklists it, so it can no longer be used.
