Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and shoes need to be unused and unworn. Holiday purchases get a longer window than the usual 30 days.
Start in the online return portal with your order number and the email you used. Refunds go back to the original payment method within about 7 to 10 business days.
Cost depends on membership: ECCO CLUB members who were logged in at checkout return free, others have $10 plus tax deducted from the refund. Original shipping is not refunded.
The one-year limited warranty is separate. It covers stitching, hardware, leather quality, sole attachment and outsole durability, and ECCO decides after inspection, which takes about 5 to 6 weeks.
ECCO does not repair or refurbish, and defective pairs result in a credit coupon rather than a fix.

How long do I have to return ECCO shoes?
30 days from purchase, with a longer window for holiday orders.
Does ECCO repair shoes under warranty?
No. Defective pairs go to ECCO and you receive a credit coupon instead.
Can I return something bought at an ECCO shop online?
No. Store and third-party purchases go back where you bought them; the portal covers us.ecco.com orders.
Is a coupon lost when I return an order?
No. It is reinstated for one more use subject to its original expiration.
