What do I need to book?
A credit or debit card is all you need online. At pick-up you may be asked for a valid driver's licence, ID and a deposit when you sign the rental agreement, so check the provider's conditions before booking.
Which licence do I need?
It depends on the company. A scooter usually needs a B (car) or AM/A1 licence, a motorcycle needs an A licence, a quad bike needs only a car licence, and bicycles need none. Some companies ask for an international driving permit.
Are the vehicles insured?
Every vehicle listed has third party insurance. Some providers also offer comprehensive cover or CDW, a collision damage waiver that caps what you pay for serious damage.
What if the company does not have my bike?
You sign a direct contract with the provider, who knows about your booking. If the exact model is missing, you are offered a better bike at no extra charge.
Can I change my plans?
Yes. Dates can be changed or cancelled online without extra charge, and free cancellation covers most bookings.
