A midnight landing or a delayed flight does not break the booking. AvitoVIP tracks your flight so the pickup follows the real arrival time, and waiting at the airport is unlimited without the fare moving.
Enter the full flight number when you book, for example TK420, because 420 alone is not accepted. The confirmation voucher that reaches your inbox carries the booking number, the trip details and the meeting point.
Do not look for a sign with your surname. At Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gokcen, personal name boards are not allowed for commercial pickups, so the greeter holds a company placard, checks your booking and often messages you on WhatsApp or Telegram. At SAW the meeting point is usually the TURSAB one.
Support answers day and night by WhatsApp, Telegram, phone and email, and because the voucher does not carry the driver's number, any question goes through support. TRAVEL10 and TRAVEL5 take 10% or €5 off an online private transfer, one code per booking.

What happens if my flight lands after midnight or runs late?
The flight is tracked, the pickup shifts with it, and the wait is unlimited at the same fixed price.
Will the driver hold a sign with my name?
No. Personal name boards are banned at IST and SAW, so look for the company placard described on your voucher.
Can I still cancel a late-night booking for free?
Yes, up to 24 hours before pickup, by contacting support.
