Trade Assurance is the protection layer attached to orders on Alibaba.com. It follows an order from payment through delivery.
Coverage applies only to orders placed and paid through Alibaba.com, and it carries no fee. Paying a supplier outside the platform removes that protection.
If an order has not shipped, goes missing or arrives not as described, you can claim a refund. After-sales protections sit on top of that.
A first order is a natural moment to rely on it, and HH12 trims $20 off when the order passes $100.
