1Eight cores, 44–48 W out

Eight diodes combined with FAC optics make a 0.10 × 0.15 mm spot. With several passes it cuts up to 40 mm basswood and 50 mm black acrylic, and it marks stainless steel in colour.

2Automatic air assist

LightBurn switches the air pump on and off directly, blowing hard for cuts and gently for engraving. You get less scorching and cleaner edges.

3Eight safety protections

It shuts off the laser and returns home if it detects a fall, a flame, a lost connection or a head stuck for over 15 seconds. There’s also a security lock, an eye-protection filter, an emergency stop and XY limit switches.
