Blue clay play button, ivory circle
A cobalt blue rounded triangle on a pale ivory disc, a soft clay play button as a transparent PNG and WebP.
Play in cobalt blue and ivory clay, for media players and content libraries. Transparent PNG and WebP, ready for layouts and presentations.
Native image + HTML + React + CSS. Self-host without external image URLs.
Aspect ratio preserved. No upscaling. Respects reduced motion. Raster images, not SVG.
A pale ivory disc forms the base, and a cobalt blue triangle with rounded corners sits at its center, pointing right and nudged slightly forward so it looks optically centered. The disc is gently domed with a soft rim, and the triangle seems pressed into it, casting a faint shadow on the left edge.
It makes a matching row with the pause and stop buttons, which use the same ivory disc, and works as the lead control above the playlist icon. Both the PNG and the WebP of the play are 227 px wide and 228 px tall, cut out on a transparent background.
Where it works well
- The big start button over a video thumbnail
- A "listen to this article" control in a blog header
- A tutorial screen hotspot that launches a demo clip
